New: See Who Submitted an Order or Return
You can now track who submitted each Order, Return, or Replacement:
What’s New?
✔ A new Submitted By filter is available across all three tabs (Orders, Returns, and Replacements)
✔ Submission details are visible inside each order modal
Why It Matters: This feature helps you understand who is taking action on orders, returns, or replacements, making follow-ups more efficient and keeping your workflow transparent.
Track Return Kit and Shipment Status
We’ve improved your ability to track returns and replacements by making Return Kit and Shipment Status visible in the tables:

✔ Return Kit Status is now visible in the Returns and Replacements tables and can be filtered
✔ Shipment Status is now shown in the Replacements table and is also filterable
